We were helped out by an employee of the MOT centre, who was very patient and understanding. We scraped the bottom of our car going over some rocks. We were worried about a leak. They immediately inspected the car and reassured us that there weren’t any problems! Very kind service and helpful workers 🙂

Wonderful team of hard working friendly honest people. Clear and effective Communication, and an attention to detail that surpasses experiences I have had elsewhere. Chris and Jane always engage with enthusiasm, and mechanics always bring a diligent approach that results in first class workmanship. A S T O U N D I N G customer service! On way back home to Nottingham, 117 miles, tyres felt odd, popped in for air, came out less than 10 minutes later with new tyre! Bosh!Adrian, Jane and the team were flipping fantabulous!!

Excellent service from this garage. Took my vehicle in for service and MOT. Chris kept me updated and then carried out the work really quickly and the vehicle was then ready for me to collect. They kept me well informed throughout.

I urgently needed a timing belt change and they were able to fit me in and do the change sooner than I would have expected. The staff were very friendly and the communication was great. I would recommend to anyone.

Had engine problems whilst driving from South Wales to the Midlands for a family funeral and pulled over to this garage. These guys were incredibly helpful and generous. They quickly sorted out the problem and got us underway. Very friendly and would highly recommend. If I lived closer I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there. Thank you for helping us out!

Whitchurch to the rescue! I had to pull over with a broken wheel arch and by shear luck there was Whitchurch MOT centre. So kind and helpful, suggested I get a coffee and return in 10minutes. 5 minutes later it was made safe for my drive to north wales and with no charge! What an absolute hero!

Rudest people I have ever dealt with - especially the receptionist behind the desk. So rude to the point I had to write a review about them. Avoid these people at all costs, plenty of other decent mechanics out there that that are willing to help who will give you respect.

Excellent service. I went for a while you wait MOT that the company I worked for apparently booked. As it turned out my incompetent company couldn't manage a p**s up in a brewery and so I was, potentially, left hight and dry by them.However, the useful folk at the MOT centre managed to fit me in at super quick time and get it done whilst I waited. Thankfully Whitchurch MOT centre are brilliant at what they do, unlike my company.Great job guys!

They did an excellent job at changing my flat tyre at a moments notice. As a result I made it to my sister's wedding with no stress or hurry! The price they charged was also very good, I have been charged almost double in the past. Would highly recommend them, the gentleman who helped me was also very polite and friendly.

Great service, super friendly, extremely helpful!Called up on passing through needing a repair. The guys were able to get me in on the day no hesitation, and got me back on the road in no time. Excellent service, repaired both rear discs and breaks at a great price. Would definitely recommend to everyone
